Applications are submitted through Zillow. Touring first is recommended but not required — you can also apply before viewing. Zillow charges its current rental application fee directly through its platform. Vista Pulse does not collect a separate website application fee.

We review the submitted information and may consider positive landlord references.

We contact you about the decision and any lease or move-in steps.
Before you submit
- Submitting an application does not reserve the apartment or guarantee approval.
- Depending on the household and application, additional occupants may be asked to submit information or an application.
- Applying before viewing is optional. It does not improve priority, guarantee approval, reserve or hold the apartment, or replace any required lease steps.
- The Quick Eligibility Check used before scheduling is not a rental application and does not run a credit or background check.

After your tour, the leasing team will provide the Zillow application link if one is available. Some apartments also offer Apply Before Viewing on their listing page.
