This policy explains what information Vista Pulse Property Management collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit through apartment inquiries, showing requests, contact and owner-service forms, the waitlist, and the optional apartment-fit questionnaire. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email, phone, listing or property, message, contact preference, bedroom and area preferences, budget, desired move-in date, optional lease end, pets, parking or laundry preferences, occupants, income and rental-assistance amount. We do not collect Social Security numbers, identification, or pay-stub files through this website.
How we use it
We use the information to answer questions, arrange showings, provide requested owner services, maintain rental preferences, send relevant apartment alerts, and record the result of the optional apartment-fit questionnaire. Optional waitlist income and occupants are available for staff review and are not used to automatically reject or exclude a signup. A waitlist alert is not an application decision or reservation.
Sharing
Form entries are stored in our website database and may be sent to our staff by email. Waitlist and showing details may also be copied to Google Sheets used by staff. Showing reservations are processed by Calendly, whose form and calendar receive the contact and scheduling information you enter there. Owner-service details may be shared with trades needed to quote or perform requested work. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We limit access to renter information to authorized staff and use access controls and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We keep records as needed for operations and legal obligations; this website does not promise a fixed deletion schedule.
Your choices
You may ask to review or correct information, change your waitlist preferences, or stop apartment-alert emails by using an email's unsubscribe link or contacting info@vistapulsepm.com or (413) 888-8557.
